The fixing frame for the LED display further comprises: point fixing parts, which are provided on the sector pieces of the upper and lower movement guide members, wherein the point fixing parts further comprise a point holder which is integrally formed on the sector piece; a point pin which is inserted from the outside of the point holder; and a point knob which is coupled to the point pin from the inside of the point holder, wherein the point pin is provided with a pin which is formed on one side of a pin body, which is coupled to the inner circumferential surface of a pin guide hole by means of center insertion, wherein on the other side of the pin body a pin rod, which corresponds to the pin, is integrally formed, and wherein a third female screw is formed on the pin rod.
