لهذا يود وفد بلدي أن يؤيد الخطة الكونغولية من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار وإعادة الإعمار في المناطق الخارجة من الصراع المسلح، التي توازي خطة العمل الدولية، وهي الاستراتيجية الدولية لدعم تحقيق الأمن الاستقرار.

That is why my delegation would like to endorse the Congolese Stabilization and Reconstruction Plan for Areas Emerging from Armed Conflict, whose interface with the international plan is the International Security and Stabilization Support Strategy.

À cet effet, ma délégation tient à apporter son soutien au Programme congolais de stabilisation et de reconstruction des zones sortant des conflits, dont l’interface au plan international est la Stratégie de soutien à la stabilisation et la sécurité.
