A TSC project originates from a district, which conducts a base-line survey of existing sanitation facilities in the district and draws up a Project Implementation Plan and forwards the same, through the State Govt. and takes the approval of to Government of India.

Los proyectos de la campaña de Saneamiento total se originan en los distritos, que llevan a cabo un estudio básico de los servicios de saneamiento existentes en el distrito, elaboran un Plan de ejecución del proyecto y lo presentan por conducto del Gobierno del Estado para que lo apruebe el Gobierno de la India.

Les projets inscrits au Programme d’assainissement pour tous doivent provenir du district; une enquête de base sur les installations sanitaires existantes dans le district doit être réalisée; un plan d’application du projet doit être rédigé et transmis au Gouvernement de l’État pour être approuvé par le Gouvernement central.
