The three-component resilient copolymer is a copolymer of between 40 and 70 wt.% of ethylene, between 15 and 55 wt.% of a C3-C20 alpha olefin, and between 0.5 and 20 wt.% of a diene, obtained in the presence of a group 4 transition metal; wherein i) the weight average molecular weight as measured by GPC is between 100,000 and 500,000, and ii) as measured using a Mooney viscometer (1+4+2a125°C), the Mooney viscosity (ML) and Mooney relaxation area (MLR) satisfy a specific relationship.
