The present invention relates to: a preparation, by simple thermal treatment of a membrane prepared from an ortho-hydroxy polyimide copolymer having a carboxylic acid, of a thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-imide) membrane having a structure cross-linked by direct thermal cross-linking and simultaneous thermal rearrangement; a flue gas separation membrane comprising a thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-imide) copolymer having a structure, in which the content of a benzoxazole group in a copolymer chain is less than 80%, cross-linked by a transesterification cross-linking reaction of the ortho-hydroxy polyimide copolymer having a carboxylic acid with a diol-based compound and subsequent thermal rearrangement; and a preparation method therefor.

La présente invention concerne une préparation, par un traitement thermique simple, d'une membrane préparée à partir d'un copolymère ortho-hydroxypolyimide ayant un acide carboxylique, d'une membrane de poly(benzoxazole-imide) thermiquement réarrangée, ayant une structure réticulée par réticulation thermique directe et réarrangement thermique simultané ; une membrane de séparation de gaz de carneau comprenant un copolymère poly(benzoxazole-imide) thermiquement réarrangé ayant une structure dans laquelle la teneur d'une chaîne copolymère en un groupe benzoxazole est inférieure à 80 %, réticulé par une réaction de réticulation par transestérification du copolymère ortho-hydroxypolyimide ayant un acide carboxylique avec un composé à base d'un diol, puis réarrangement thermique ; et un procédé pour sa préparation.

본 발명은 카르복실산을 갖는 오르쏘-히드록시 폴리이미드 공중합체로부터 제조된 막을 단지 열처리함으로써 직접적인 열가교와 동시에 열전환에 의하여 가교구조를 갖는 열전환 폴리(벤즈옥사졸-이미드) 막을 제조하거나, 또는 카르복실산을 갖는 오르쏘-히드록시 폴리이미드 공중합체와 디올계 화합물의 트랜스에스테르화 가교반응 및 후속 열전환에 의하여 공중합체 고분자 사슬 내 벤즈옥사졸 그룹의 함량이 80% 미만인 가교구조를 갖는 열전환 폴리(벤즈옥사졸-이미드) 공중합체를 포함하는 배연가스 분리용 막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
