Provided is an additive composition for metal sintering, which comprises an alkali metal compound that is added together with calcium carbonate constituting a melting accelerator for lowering the melting point in the process of sintering iron ore or the like, in such a way as to be able to economise on a heat source such as coal or coke which is necessary for the sintering of the iron ore, reduce the melting point of the sintered ore and enhance sintering efficiency by means of a chemical mechanism wherein the additive composition is additionally used together with the alkali metal compound during the sintering of the iron ore; the alkali metal compound being one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of lithium, potassium and sodium.

L'invention concerne une composition d'additif pour le frittage de métal, qui comprend un composé de métal alcalin ajouté à du carbonate de calcium constituant un accélérateur de fusion pour faire baisser le point de fusion dans le processus de frittage de minerai de fer ou analogue, de façon à pouvoir faire des économies sur une source de chaleur de type charbon ou coke nécessaire pour le frittage du minerai de fer, à réduire le point de fusion du minerai de fer et à améliorer l'efficacité de frittage au moyen d'un mécanisme chimique, la composition étant également utilisée avec le composé de métal alcalin pendant le frittage du minerai de fer; le composé de métal alcalin étant un ou plusieurs composés sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant lithium, potassium et sodium.

본 발명은 철광석 등을 소결할 때 알칼리금속화합물과 함께 첨가제 조성물을 추가로 사용하는 화학적인 메카니즘을 통해 철광석의 소결에 필요한 석탄이나 코크스 등의 열원을 절감하고, 소결광의 융점강화 및 소결의 효율성을 증진시킬 수 있도록, 철광석의 소결공정에서 용융점을 낮추는 용융촉진제인 탄산칼슘과 함께 첨가하는 알칼리금속화합물을 포함하고, 상기 알칼리금속화합물은 리튬, 칼륨, 나트륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 포함하는 금속 소결용 첨가제 조성물을 제공한다.
