본 발명은 직물의 증열장치, 건조장치 산업 및 멸균처리 시스템 등에서 사용되는 수증기의 온도 제어 장치에 관한 것으로서, 증기보일러 등에서 발생한 고압, 고온의 수증기를 수증기 사용처에 공급할 때, 별도로 수증기 온도를 조절하지 않아도 (원)적외선 패널을 통하여 보조 열을 공급함으로써 수증기의 온도를 균일하게 조절함과 동시에 열전달 특성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기온도 제어장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 원적외선 패널을 사용한 증기온도 제어장치는 전열면적이 넓고 복사전열에 의해 열이 공급되기 때문에 주어진 공간 내에서 수증기의 온도와 대상물질의 온도를 쉽고 균일하게 제어할 수 있으며 에너지 이용효율을 높일 수 있다.
