Different treatments were performed to obtain plants using seeds as explants, which were cultured on Murashige Skoog medium supplemented with different concentrations of indole acetic acid (AIA) in combination with gibberellic acid (AG3) and kinetin (K) without obtaining favorable answer for the germination.
