Make sure that your "main" shape stays selected, focus on the Appearance panel and add a second fill using that same Add New Fill button. Select this new fill, set the color at white, lower its Opacity to 15% and go to Effect > Stylize > Inner Glow.

Selecciona el relleno existente y duplícalo usando el botón Duplicar Elemento Seleccionado.
