وسيكون رئيس الدائرة حلقة الوصل الأساسية مع المسؤولين وكبار مديري إدارة الدعم الميداني المسؤولين عن التوجيه اليومي لأنشطة ضابط الاتصالات العسكرية، ويحرص على الإدارة الفعالة للعمليات والتنسيق في التخطيط بين إدارة الدعم الميداني ومكتب الشؤون العسكرية في كافة جوانب الاتصالات العسكرية؛

The Chief of Service will act as primary liaison with the line and senior managers in the Department of Field Support, who will direct the day-to-day activities of the military communications officers and ensure effective operational management and coordinated planning between the Department of Field Support and the Office of Military Affairs in regard to all aspects of military communications;
