ØSU hilser Kommissionens forslag velkommen, herunder især den måde, hvorpå handlingsrammerne er opbygget omkring fire målsætninger, der udmærket sammenfatter den indsats, der må gøres for at tage de udfordringer op, som alle byområder umiddelbart, omend i forskellig grad, står overfor: udvikling og beskæftigelse, integration og social samhørighed, miljø og bæredygtig udvikling, effektiv og demokratisk forvaltning.

Der Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuß begrüßt die Mitteilung der Kommission und insbesondere die Untergliederung des Aktionsrahmens nach vier Zielschwerpunkten, in denen die Antworten auf die Herausforderungen gut zusammengefaßt sind, denen sich alle städtischen Gemeinwesen der Union, wenn auch in unterschiedlichem Maße unmittelbar stellen müssen: Entwicklung und Beschäftigung, Integration und sozialer Zusammenhalt, Umwelt und nachhaltige Entwicklung sowie gutes Stadtmanagement unter Beteiligung der Betroffenen und der Bürger.

Η ΟΚΕ εκφράζει την ικανοποίησή της για την ανακοίνωση της Επιτροπής και ιδιαίτερα για την διάρθρωση του πλαισίου δράσης σε τέσσερις στόχους που συνοψίζουν σωστά τις απαντήσεις στις προκλήσεις που πρέπει να δώσουν άμεσα, έστω και σε διαφορετικό βαθμό, όλες οι αστικές δομές της ΕΕ: ανάπτυξη και απασχόληση, κοινωνική συνοχή και ολοκλήρωση, περιβάλλον και αειφόρος ανάπτυξη, αποτελεσματική διαχείριση με τη συμμετοχή όλων.

The Committee welcomes the Commission's communication, particularly the way the framework for action revolves around four objectives which crystallise responses to the challenges immediately facing all urban structures in the EU, albeit to different degrees. They include employment, integration and social cohesion, the environment and sustainable development, and efficient and participatory management.

El Comité acoge con satisfacción la Comunicación de la Comisión, en particular, la organización del marco de actuación en cuatro objetivos que sintetizan las respuestas que han de darse a los desafíos que todas las estructuras urbanas de la UE, en mayor o menor grado, deben afrontar de inmediato: el desarrollo y el empleo, la integración y la cohesión social, el medio ambiente y el desarrollo sostenible y la gestión eficaz y participativa.
