Norway presented a proposal to the September 2006 meeting regarding the present wording of the text of the first indent after the table in 1.1.3.6.3, which defines “maximum total quantity per transport unit” for articles to be “the gross mass in kilograms, except for articles of Class 1 where it is the net mass in kg of the explosive substance”.

La Norvège a présenté une proposition à la réunion de septembre 2006 concernant le libellé actuel du texte du premier alinéa figurant à la suite du tableau du 1.1.3.6.3, qui définissait la «quantité maximale totale par unité de transport», comme «pour les objets, la masse brute en kilogrammes (pour les objets de la classe 1, la masse nette en kg de la matière explosive)».

На сессии, состоявшейся в сентябре 2006 года, Норвегия представила предложение по изменению существующей формулировки первого подпункта текста таблицы 1.1.3.6.3, согласно которой "максимальное общее количество на транспортную единицу" для изделий означает "массу брутто в килограммах (для изделий класса 1 - массу нетто взрывчатого вещества в килограммах)".
