The wet razor of the present invention comprises: a housing; a razor blade installed in the housing and having an edge for shaving; a guard bar arranged in the vicinity of the edge of the razor blade to enable hair to stand upright; and a hydrophilic porous sponge arranged in a cartridge, but not in a portion in which the razor blade is arranged, in order to supply moisture to the hair before shaving.
