The present invention relates to a servo cylinder which converts a rotational motion of a motor into a linear motion of a piston rod by using a TM screw or a ball screw and combines a linear busing to the piston rod inside a housing so as to enable an infinite linear motion, wherein the housing and the rod are made from high-rigidity bearing steel.

본 발명은 TM 나사(TM Screw) 또는 볼 나사(Ball Screw)를 이용하여 모터의 회전운동을 피스톤 로드의 선형운동으로 변환되도록 구성하고, 하우징 내부 피스톤 로드를 무한직선운동이 가능하도록 리니어 부싱을 조합하여 구성하되, 하우징 및 로드를 고강성의 베어링강을 구성하고, 하우징 내부에 무한직선운동이 가능한 볼 열을 안내하는 볼리테이너가 설치되며, 비틀림에 대한 각을 제어하기 위한 회전방지용 가이드를 적용하여 높은 내구성을 얻을 수 있고, 고속주행이 가능하며, 소정의 정도 유지가 가능한 리니어 부싱으로 구성된 서보 실린더에 관한 것이다.
