كما ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أن حصانة السادة القضاة غير مطلقة، فقد أفرد قانون أصول المحاكمات باباً لمخاصمة القضاة وممثلي النيابة العامة في حال ارتكابهم أثناء عملهم غش أو تدليس أو غدر أو خطأ مهني جسيم ( المادة 486 أصول محاكمات، المادة 361 – 364 قانون العقوبات العام).

It should also be pointed out that the immunity of judges is not absolute; the Code of Procedure devotes a chapter to the prosecution of judges and representatives of the Department of Public Prosecutions who, in the course of their work, commit fraud, deception, breach of faith or gross professional error (art. 486 of the Code of Procedure and arts. 361 to 364 of the Penal Code).

Cabe señalar asimismo que la inmunidad de los jueces no es absoluta; el Código de Procedimientos dedica uno de sus capítulos al enjuiciamiento de jueces y representantes de Ministerio Público que, en el desempeño de sus tareas, hubieren cometido fraude, engaño, abuso de confianza o un grueso error profesional (artículo 486 del Código de Procedimientos y artículos 361 a 364 del Código Penal).
