Moscow has received with concern news of another spiral of tension in the South American region between the two fraternal states Colombia and Venezuela: the decision by the Bogota authorities to recall their ambassador from Caracas for consultation and the subsequent move of Venezuela – to break off diplomatic relations with the neighbor.

En Moscú han llegado a conocer con preocupación los comunicados de otra espira de tirantez en la Región Sudamericana entre dos Estados hermanos, Colombia y Venezuela: la decisión tomada por las autoridades de Bogotá de retirar a su Embajador en Caracas para consultas y el paso siguiente dado por Venezuela para romper las relaciones diplomáticas con el país vecino.
