In cases of massive arrival of citizens from a foreign country where their life, security of freedom are jeopardized by large scale violence, outside aggression, internal fighting, massive human rights violations, or other events seriously endangering public order, and when due to large numbers it is impossible to conduct individual asylum seeking procedures, temporary protection according to social, economic and other opportunity of the Republic of Serbia will be granted to the group.

En los casos en que se produzca una llegada masiva de ciudadanos de un país extranjero en el que su vida, su seguridad y su libertad estén amenazadas por violencia en gran escala, agresión externa, conflictos internos, violaciones masivas de los derechos humanos u otros hechos que comprometan gravemente el orden público, y por el gran número de personas afectadas resulte imposible aplicar los procedimientos individuales de solicitud de asilo, se otorgará al grupo protección temporal de acuerdo con las circunstancias sociales, económicas y de otra índole de la República de Serbia.

В случае массового прибытия иностранцев из стран, в которых их жизнь, безопасность или свобода в силу крупномасштабного насилия, внешней агрессии, внутренних распрей, массовых нарушений прав человека или каких-либо иных событий, серьезно угрожающих общественному порядку, оказываются под угрозой, и ввиду того что число прибывших огромно и вести индивидуальную работу с ищущими убежища лицами становится невозможно, временная защита предоставляется, в зависимости от социально-экономических и других возможностей Республики Сербии, на коллективной основе.
