(3) In der Endstufe der Harmonisierung der Strukturen wird für Zigaretten in allen Mitgliedstaaten das gleiche Verhältnis zwischen der spezifischen Verbrauchsteuer und dem Gesamtbetrag aus proportionaler Verbrauchsteuer und Umsatzsteuer festgelegt, so daß der Fächer der Kleinverkaufspreise das Gefälle der Herstellerabgabepreise angemessen widerspiegelt.

3. At the final stage of harmonization of structures, the same ratio shall be established for cigarettes in all Member States between the specific excise duty and the sum of the proportional excise duty and the turnover tax, in such a way that the range of retail selling prices reflects fairly the difference in the manufacturers' delivery prices.

(3) A szerkezeti összehangolás végső fázisában minden tagállamban a cigarettákra ugyanazon arányt alkalmazzák a százalékos jövedéki adó és a forgalmi adó összege, valamint a tételes jövedéki adó között oly módon, hogy a kiskereskedelmi ártartomány híven tükrözze a gyártók szállítási árai közötti különbségeket.

(3) În etapa finală de armonizare a structurilor, se stabilește în toate statele membre aceeași proporție între acciza specifică și suma accizei proporționale și impozitul pe cifra de afaceri pentru țigări, astfel încât nivelul prețului de vânzare cu amănuntul să reflecte în mod corect diferența dintre prețurile de livrare ale producătorilor.
