본 발명은 관장 기저귀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 관장시 환자의 항문으로부터 배출되는 배설물이 주변으로 흐르지 않도록 별도의 배설물수거백을 갖는 관장 기저귀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 관장 기저귀에 의하면 배설물이 주변으로 번지거나 흐르지 않기 때문에 관장이 이루어진 침대를 대대적으로 청소할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라, 관장 후 환자를 목욕시키거나 젖은 거즈로 닦을 필요성이 없거나 닦을 부위가 극히 제한적이어서 결과적으로 관장을 시행하기 위한 보조 인력 또한 감소된다는 효과가 있다.
