ويجوز لوكالة إنفاذ قانون مكافحة الاحتكار التابعة لمجلس الدولة أن تخوّل، بحسب مقتضيات العمل، الوكالات المناظِرة في الحكومات الشعبية، للمقاطعات ومناطق الحكم الذاتي والبلديات التابعة مباشرة للحكومة المركزية، المسؤولية عن أنشطة إنفاذ قانون مكافحة الاحتكار، وفقاً لهذا القانون.

The Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement Agency under the State Council may, as required by the work, empower corresponding agencies in the people’s governments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to be responsible for anti-monopoly law enforcement work, according to this Law.

El Organismo de aplicación de la Ley antimonopolio dependiente del Consejo de Estado puede, según lo exija su labor, facultar a los organismos homólogos de los gobiernos populares de las provincias, regiones autónomas y municipios que dependen directamente del Gobierno central, para que se ocupen de la aplicación de la ley antimonopolio con arreglo a la presente ley.
