Az egyik, a kuporgó alak, alig több, mint egy eleven lény árnyéka, megvert és tönkrement, de így is ocsmány kapzsiság és a düh tombol benne; a másik meg szigorúan áll előtte, most érintetlenül a szánalomtól is, fehér köntösben, s tűzkereket szorít a szívére.
