Um bei der Herstellung von Bauteilen der planaren Optik und/oder der Mikromechanik die Verbindung zwischen einem Glasteil und einem Siliziumteil preisgünstig herstellen zu können, wird bei Anwendung der Technik 'Anodic Bonding' als Glasteil ein gewöhnliches Flachglas verwendet, das vor dem Verbinden mit dem Siliziumteil in einem Salzbad gehärtet wird, wobei Oberflächen-Druckspannungen mit einer Eindringtiefe von maximal 20 bis 40 $g(m)m erzeugt werden.

In order to be able to produce inexpensively the bond between a glass component and a silicon component in the manufacture of sub-assemblies in the planar-optics and/or micromechanics fields, the use of so-called anodic-bonding techniques calls for the glass component to be conventional flat glass, hardened, before bonding to the silicon component, in a salt bath, thus generating compressive stresses in the surface penetrating to a maximum depth of 20-40 $g(m)m.

Pour pouvoir assembler économiquement un élément en verre et un élément en silicium dans le domaine de la fabrication de composants pour l'optique planaire et/ou pour la micromécanique, on utilise comme élément en verre, dans le cadre de la technique d'assemblage anodique un verre plat de type courant qui est durci dans un bain salin avant l'assemblage avec l'élément en silicium, avec production d'efforts de compression superficielle pour une profondeur de pénétration maximum de 20 à 40 $g(m)m.
