Furthermore, Article 1, paragraph 537, of Law 145/2018 has ruled unequivocally that a masseur-physiotherapist is a health professional, irrespective of the date on which the diploma was obtained, thereby doing away with the lack of precision in the pre-existing legal framework on which this disparity in treatment was erroneously based.

Inoltre, l'articolo 1, comma 537 della L. 145/2018 ha sancito inequivocabilmente che la professione del massofisioterapista è di natura sanitaria, indipendentemente dalla data di conseguimento del diploma, rimuovendo così l'indeterminatezza del quadro giuridico preesistente su cui era stata fondata, in modo erroneo, la disparità di trattamento citata.
