One example of cooperative action was the signing of the Master Plan of Operations for 1997‐2001, established by the Secretariat‐General of the National Economic Planning Council (SEGEPLAN) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in order to support and implement activities to improve the living conditions of women and children.

Il y a lieu de signaler, parmi les actions concrètes en matière de coopération, la signature du Plan directeur des opérations pour 1997-2001, que le Secrétariat général du Conseil national de planification économique (SEGEPLAN) et le Fonds des Nations Unies pour l'enfance (UNICEF) ont établi afin de soutenir l'exécution des mesures visant à améliorer les conditions de vie des enfants et des femmes dans le pays.
