The report confirms the views of my Government on the continued presence of the Rwandan Defence Forces, which have never withdrawn from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in spite of the withdrawal announcement, which was so highly publicized by Mr. Paul Kagame, President of the Rwandan Republic, before the Security Council in # and this is in flagrant violation of the relevant Security Council resolutions on the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
