والبحث عن أي سبيل آخر، وهو ما يعني تجاهل السياق الاستراتيجي الفعلي والحياد عن المسار الذي اختطته خطة العمل، لن يؤدي إلا إلى تقويض سلامة المعاهدة وإضعاف مساهمتها الأساسية التي لا غنى عنها في السلام والأمن الدوليين.
