ضرورة العمل على معالجة جذور الإرهاب وإزالة العوامل التي تغذيه من خلال القضاء على بؤر التوتر وازدواجية المعايير في تطبيق الشرعية الدولية ووضع حد للاحتلال الأجنبي والظلم والاعتداء على حقوق الإنسان وكرامته؛

To strive to address the roots of terrorism and remove the factors which feed it, particularly by eliminating sources of tension and double standards in the application of international law and by putting an end to foreign occupation, injustice and the violation of human rights and dignity;
