With Note No. 050-2004-DDHH/PJ dated 10 February 2004, the representative of the judiciary before the National Human Rights Commission of the Ministry of Justice transmits Note No. 086-S-CSJM/AG.01 dated 27 January 2004 from the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Military Justice, stating, on instructions from the Rear Admiral President of that Council, that Case No. 3100199-0585 brought before the Standing Court Martial of the Peruvian Air Force, on behalf of Airman Ezequiel Agurto Nole of the Peruvian Air Force, was dismissed on 18 October 2002.

Mediante Oficio N° 050-2004-DDHH/PJ de fecha 10 de febrero de 2004, el representante del poder judicial ante el CNDH del Ministerio de Justicia remite el Oficio N° 086-S-CSJM/AG.01 de fecha 27 de enero de 2004 del Secretario General del Consejo Supremo de Justicia Militar, quien por encargo del Contraalmirante Presidente del indicado Consejo precisando al respecto que la causa N° 3100199-0585 seguida ante el Consejo de Guerra Permanente de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú, que presenta como agraviado al Avionero FAP Ezequiel Agurto Nole, ha sido archivada con fecha 18 de octubre de 2002.

Своим уведомлением No 050‐2004‐DDHH/PJ от 10 февраля 2004 года представитель судебных органов при НСПЧ министерства юстиции препроводил уведомление No 086‐S‐CSJM/AG.01 от 27 января 2004 года Главного секретариата Верховного совета военной юстиции, который по поручению председателя Совета установил, что дело No 3100199‐0585 военного летчика Эсекьеля Агурто Ноле рассматривалось Постоянным военным советом Военно-воздушных сил Перу и было закрыто 18 октября 2002 года.
