Requests the Secretary-General to provide all the facilities and assistance necessary for the promotion of the Convention through the World Public Information Campaign on Human Rights and the programme of advisory services in the field of human rights;

Pide al Secretario General que proporcione todas las facilidades y la asistencia necesarias para la promoción de la Convención mediante la Campaña Mundial de Información Pública sobre los Derechos Humanos y el programa de servicios de asesoramiento en materia de derechos humanos;

Prie le Secrétaire général de fournir tous les moyens et l’aide nécessaires pour assurer la promotion de la Convention au moyen de la Campagne mondiale d’information sur les droits de l’homme et du programme de services consultatifs dans le domaine des droits de l’homme;
