Unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Rechtsprechung und Literatur wird der gegenwärtige Stand der Diskussion verdeutlicht und erfolgt eine Darstellung einschlägiger Ermächtigungsgrundlagen im Kontext der Röntgenverordnung, die bei der forensischen Altersdiagnostik relevant sein können.
