১০৭। নিবন্ধক এবং অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাকে নিবন্ধন বই পেশ করতে বাধ্য করা যাবে না:- নিবন্ধক বা ট্রেডমার্ক রেজিস্ট্রির অন্য কোন কর্মকর্তা কোন মামলা বা কার্যধারায় পক্ষ না হলে, উক্ত মামলা বা কার্যধারায় তার হেফাজতে রক্ষিত নিবন্ধন বই বা অন্য কোন দলিল, যার বিষয়বস্তু এই আইনের অধীন জারীকৃত প্রত্যয়িত কপি দ্বারা প্রমাণ করা যায়, পেশ করতে বাধ্য করা যাবে না, অথবা আদালত কর্তৃক বিশেষ কোন কারণে আদিষ্ট না হলে, উক্ত দলিলে অন্তর্ভুক্ত বিষয়বস্তু প্রমাণ করবার জন্য সাক্ষী হিসাবে হাজির হতে বাধ্য করা যাবে না।

Registrar and other officers cannot be compelled to produce Register.-The Registrar or any other officer of the Trademarks Registry shall not, in any legal proceeding to which he is not a party, be compellable to produce the Register or any other document in his custody, the contents of which can be proved by the production of a certified copy issued under this Act or to appear as a witness to prove the matters therein recorded unless ordered by the Court for special cause.
