In paragraph 144 of the report, the Administration agreed with the Board’s recommendation that it: (a) improve coordination across the modularization project, especially between the Global Service Centre, the Logistics Support Division of the Department of Field Support and the Procurement Division; (b) strengthen the functioning of the revised modularization project governance; and (c) clarify the work scope and authorities of strategic flights between the Strategic Air Operations Centre at the Global Service Centre and the Transportation and Movements Integrated Control Centre at the Regional Service Centre.
