The sensory characteristics of the stereoisomers are given and the chirospecific differentiation using capillary gas chromatography and Octakis (2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-Otert.-butyldimethylsilyl)-γ-cyclodextrin as the chiral stationary phase is discussed.
