However, as at the reporting date, the Tribunal had liabilities for employee benefits and judges’ honorariums and allowances of $84.833 million that were more than total cash and cash equivalents and investments of $71.364 million; of note was that no amounts were reserved in the accounts to cover those liabilities to be paid in the future.
