Advisory services: provision of technical cooperation services for countries in the region that request them: in terms of social reforms and the implementation of integrated systems for the formulation, appraisal and oversight of social projects (SIFEM); on the design of public policies for rights-based development and which incorporate the humanitarian response component; with respect to policies for the prevention of drug consumption; in terms of methods for collecting and analysing statistical information for the preparation or update of diagnostic studies on social issues;
