Among the most important settlements was, most probably Gradac, where were two forts and settlement, the well-known late antique Christian basilica (4th-5th century), while in the area of Čitluk there was a Roman Villa Rustica.

Od naselja je, po svemu sudeći bio najvažniji Gradac, gdje su postojale dvije utvrde i naselje, te poznata kasnoantička kršćanska bazilika (IV. – V. stoljeće), dok je na prostoru Čitluka, u Dočićima, postojala rimska Vila Rustica.
