وتُحسب قيمة العملة الوطنية لأي دولة متعاقدة هي عضو في صندوق النقد الدولي، مقابل حق السحب الخاص، وفقا لطريقة التقييم المعمول بها لدى صندوق النقد الدولي في التاريخ المعني فيما يخص عملياته ومعاملاته.
