For nylig bekendtgjorde British Council, at det agtede at lukke den pågældende skole med henvisning til forskellige problemer vedrørende byplanlægningen og dermed opførelsen af nye bygninger, som fremover skulle huse skolen (mangelfuldt byggearbejde), og at byggefristerne for den nye bygning ikke blev overholdt.

The British Council recently announced that it intended to close the school, citing faults in the construction of new buildings to which the school had intended to relocate, and stating that the deadlines for completion of the new buildings had not been met.
