The outlet (40) discharges air from the evaporator compartment (22) into the return air inlet (42) and the inlet (42) returns air to the fan compartment (26) to provide a continuous air curtain for protecting the product compartment (11) from the incursion of ambient air so that the product (B) is maintained in a cool condition.
