وفي هذا الصدد، واصلت فلسطين دورها النشط في الأمم المتحدة، حيث شاركت في عمل الأجهزة الرئيسية للأمم المتحدة، ووجهت في عدة مناسبات رسائل إلى الأمين العام ورئيس الجمعية العامة، ورئيس وأعضاء مجلس الأمن، والمنسق الخاص لعملية السلام في الشرق الأوسط والممثل الشخصي للأمين العام لدى منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والسلطة الفلسطينية، والمفوض العام للأونروا، وغيرهم من المسؤولين الرفيعي المستوى في الأمم المتحدة، وعقدت لقاءات معهم.

In this regard, at the United Nations, Palestine remained active and engaged in the work of the major United Nations organs and repeatedly conveyed correspondence to and held meetings with the Secretary-General, the President of the General Assembly, the President and members of the Security Council, the Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and Personal Representative of the Secretary-General to the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority, the Commissioner-General of UNRWA, and other high-level United Nations officials.

À ce propos, à l’Organisation des Nations Unies, la Palestine est demeurée active et engagée dans les travaux des principaux organes de l’Organisation, et a à maintes reprises communiqué des documents au Secrétaire général, au Président de l’Assemblée générale, au Président et aux membres du Conseil de sécurité, au Coordonnateur spécial des Nations Unies pour le processus de paix au Moyen-Orient et Représentant personnel du Secrétaire général auprès de l’Organisation de libération de la Palestine et de l’Autorité palestinienne, au Commissaire général de l’UNRWA et à d’autres hauts fonctionnaires de l’ONU et a tenu des réunions avec eux.

В связи с этим Палестина по‐прежнему активно участвовала в работе основных органов Организации Объединенных Наций и неоднократно обменивалась посланиями и проводила встречи с Генеральным секретарем, Председателем Генеральной Ассамблеи, Председателем и членами Совета Безопасности, Специальным координатором по ближневосточному мирному процессу и Личным представителем Генерального секретаря при Организации освобождения Палестины и Палестинской администрации, а также с Генеральным комиссаром БАПОР и другими старшими должностными лицами Организации Объединенных Наций.
