The dental implant having a surface, from which organic contaminants have been removed, is surface-coated with the mixture solution containing the pH buffer material and the organic amphiphilic material having a sulfonic group (BES, HEPES, MOPS, PIPES, or TES), thereby preventing the surface of the dental implant from being changed into being hydrophobic, which is caused by the exposure of the dental implant to air and thus the recontamination of the dental implant by organic contaminants before the dental implant is implanted in the alveolar bone, and preventing a deterioration in bioactivity due to the hydrophobicity of the surface due to the surface hydrophobicity , so that the dental implant can improve biocompatibility, affinity to the body fluid and blood, and initial osseointegration thereof.

표면의 유기오염원이 제거된 치과용 임플란트를 pH 완충 물질과 술폰기를 갖는 유기 양친성 물질(BES, HEPES, MOPS, PIPES, TES)을 포함하는 혼합 용액으로 표면 코팅함으로써, 상기 치과용 임플란트가 치조골에 식립되기 전에 공기에 노출되어 임플란트 표면이 유기오염원에 재오염되어 소수성으로 변하는 것을 방지하고, 이러한 표면 소수화로 인한 생체활성 저하를 방지함으로써 임플란트 생체적합성과 체액 및 혈액친화성, 초기 골유착성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
