لقد حاول ممثل إسرائيل في مداخلة مسرحية مضحكة تذكرنا بالمسرح العبثي أن يضلل بيأس هذه اللجنة الموقرة من خلال توجيه ادعاءات زائفة وكاذبة بهدف إبعاد الأنظار عن أخطار السلاح النووي الإسرائيلي، وعدم انصياع إسرائيل للقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة بعدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وعدم انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وعدم إخضاع منشآتها لرقابة الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

Histrionically, in a theatrical intervention reminiscent of the theatre of the absurd, the representative of Israel has tried desperately to mislead this Committee by making false and unfounded claims in order to divert attention from the risks posed by Israel’s nuclear weapons, its non-compliance with the relevant international resolutions on nuclear non‐proliferation, its non-accession to the NPT, and its failure to place its nuclear installations under the control of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Histriónicamente, en una intervención teatral que recuerda al teatro del absurdo, el representante de Israel ha intentado desesperadamente despistar a esta Comisión formulando afirmaciones falsas y sin fundamento con el fin de desviar la atención de los riesgos que plantean las armas nucleares que posee, su incumplimiento de las resoluciones internacionales pertinentes sobre la no proliferación nuclear, el hecho de que no se adhiera al TNP y su negativa a someter sus instalaciones nucleares al control del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica.

В ходе театрального выступления, напоминающего театр абсурда, представитель Израиля весьма наигранно и отчаянно пытался дезинформировать Комитет, выдвигая ложные и необоснованные утверждения с целью отвлечь внимание от угрозы, создаваемой ядерным оружием Израиля, его несоблюдением соответствующих международных резолюций по ядерному нераспространению, его неприсоединением к ДНЯО и его нежеланием поставить свои ядерные объекты под контроль Международного агентства по атомной энергии.
