ويشار في هذا المرسوم إلى اللجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المكلفة بإبلاغ وزارة الدفاع بالمسائل المتعلقة بمصانع المتفجرات من جميع الفئات والمواد الكيميائية الضارة.

This decree makes reference to the Standing Advisory Committee which is responsible for reporting to the Ministry of Defence on matters referring to the manufacturing of explosives of all categories and chemical agents.

En el presente decreto se hace referencia a la Comisión Asesora de Carácter Permanente la cual se encarga de informar al Ministerio de Defensa lo que refiere a la instalación de fábricas de explosivos de todas las categorías y de las de agresivos químicos.
