The kitchen was located off a road under a large slanted tin roof, that several small buildings joined together. A long row of wooden tables were used for preparation of cooking. Behind it were in a longitudinal- and two transverse rows of gas cookers with side table and of course the indispensable Wok. All work surfaces looked very clean from. The device itself, I found a Thai: clean, but a bit run down and improvises. We felt good right away and set about, know the other participants. We were very international: a French, two Dutch, two Belgians, an Australian, an American, two elderly German woman from Aachen and a few more, who arrived a little later.
