The Abegondo-Cecebre Dam has been included among the areas considered to be special areas of conservation. Can the Commission say whether it has received the specific management plan for this SAC? If so, what is its opinion of it? If not, when should the plan be approved and what are the implications of it not having been approved?

Dentro de las consideradas Zona de Especial Conservación, se ha incluido el espacio Embalse de Abegondo-Cecebre, motivo por el que me gustaría conocer si la Comisión ha recibido el plan de gestión específico de esta ZEC y qué opinión le merece o, en caso contrario, cuándo debe estar aprobado y qué implicaciones tiene no haberlo aprobado.
