ولم يُستبعد أي مرشح من قوائم المرشحين بالاستناد إلى المادة 85 من الدستور التي تحظر المرشح من ترشيح نفسه في حالة إدانته من جانب المحكمة لارتكاب جرائم ضد البشرية وجرائم أخرى أو إذا كان قد صدر حكم بشأنه ينص على حرمانه من حقوقه المدنية.

No candidate was disqualified on the basis of article 85 of the Constitution that prohibits candidates from standing if they have been convicted by a court for committing crimes against humanity, any other crimes, or have been sentenced to deprivation of their civil rights.
