ولئن كان من الممكن أن تشمل هذه الالتزامات الالتزام بتوريد كتب وسجلات مملوكة للمدين أو متصلة به وبتسليم ممتلكات المدين الموجودة في حيازة الطرف الثالث، فقد لوحظ أن التزامات الأطراف الثالثة قد تختلف عن التزامات المدين المقابلة لها.
