(৩) ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলরের পদ পনের দিনের অধিক শূন্য হলে কিংবা ছুটি, অনুপস্থিতি, অসুস্থতা বা অন্য কোন কারণে তিনি তাঁর দায়িত্ব পালনে অসমর্থ হলে, শূন্য পদে নবনিযুক্ত ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলর কার্যভার গ্রহণ না করা পযর্ন্ত কিংবা ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলর পুনরায় স্বীয় দায়িত্ব পালনে সমর্থ না হওয়া পযর্ন্ত চ্যান্সেলরের ভিন্নরূপ সিদ্ধান্ত না থাকা সাপেক্ষে ট্রেজারার, ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলরের সার্বিক দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।

When the office of the Vice-Chancellor falls vacant temporarily by reason of leave, absence, illness or other causes, or until the Vice-Chancellor regains to discharge his/her duties, the Treasurer will carry the duties of the Vice- Chancellor provided that the Chancellor does not have different order thereto.
