وعملاً بذلك الأمر الإداري، فإنه إذا لم يتم تقويم أوجه القصور في الأداء، باتخاذ تدابير من قبيل تقديم المشورة أو النقل أو التدريب الإضافي أو وضع خطة محددة الزمن لتحسين الأداء، تُتخذ إجراءات إدارية من قبيل عدم تمديد التعيين أو إنهاؤه أو حجب الزيادة الدورية في المرتب.

Pursuant to that instruction, if shortcomings are not rectified as the result of measures such as counselling, transfer, additional training and/or the institution of a time-bound performance improvement plan, administrative actions such as the non-extension/termination of an appointment or the withholding of a salary increment may be imposed.

Il y est établi que si les résultats du fonctionnaire ne s’améliorent pas grâce à des mesures telles qu’une aide psychologique, une mutation, un complément de formation ou l’établissement d’un plan d’amélioration des résultats avec dates à respecter, des mesures administratives telles que le non-renouvellement ou l’annulation de l’engagement ou le non-versement d’une augmentation périodique peuvent être prises.

В случае, если после принятия таких мер, как консультирование, перевод на другую работу, прохождение дополнительной учебной подготовки и/или подготовка плана по улучшению показателей работы, в котором должны быть указаны соответствующие конкретные сроки, недостатки не будут устранены, могут быть применены меры административного характера, такие, как непродление/прекращение контракта или неповышение размера оклада в рамках класса должности.
