Diese Beobachtung bestätigt 1. die engen strukturellen Beziehungen zwischen embryonalem Carcinom, malignem Teratom und Germinom (Seminom) sowie 2. die Annahme einer morphologischen und histogenetischen Verwandtschaft der Stammzellgeschwülste des ZNS und der Gonaden.

The present observation indicates 1. the close structural relationship between embryonal carcinoma, malignant teratoma and germinoma (seminoma), and 2. supports the concept of structural and histogenetic analogy between the germinal tumors of the brain and those of the gonades.
